Delivery Policy
We're based in Meath and provide a delivery service designed to meet our customers' needs. Small orders are dispatched via courier, and we notify you by email when shipped. For large or heavy items, especially plants in pots, we deliver directly to ensure safe arrival.
Delivery Charges for large plants and trees (ex. VAT):
- Meath, Dublin, Louth, Kildare & Wicklow: €25 for orders under €200 plus VAT (FREE delivery for orders over €200 plus VAT)
- Cavan, Westmeath, Longford, Offaly, Laois & Monaghan: €30 for orders under €400 plus VAT (FREE delivery for orders over €400 plus VAT)
- Carlow, Kilkenny, Roscommon, Tipperary & Wexford: €50 for orders under €600 plus VAT (FREE delivery for orders over €600 plus VAT)
- Antrim, Clare, Cork, Fermanagh, Galway, Limerick, Tyrone & Waterford: €50 for orders under €800 plus VAT (FREE delivery for orders over €800 plus VAT)
- Donegal, Kerry, Mayo, Sligo & West Cork: €50 for orders under €1,000 plus VAT (FREE delivery for orders over €1,000 plus VAT)
Additional notes:
- All prices are subject to VAT at 13.5% (plants) and 23% (delivery and materials)
- All orders include tracking information
- Delivery times are typically 1-3 working days
- We'll contact you in advance to arrange delivery of large items
- Special arrangements can be made for urgent deliveries (additional charges may apply)
